Rebecca Kinney is an experienced water resource engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at PACE Advanced Water Engineering since July 2023. Before this role, Rebecca was the California Region Water Resource Engineering Group Leader at David Evans and Associates, Inc. from October 2021 to June 2023.
