Tammy Goodman

Tammy Goodman joined Pace in 2020 and serves as Vice President of Commercial Operations. Ms. Goodman is responsible for the operational road map for the Pace Sales Organization including the CRM road map, sales training, sales enablement tools, building up the technology stack, developing a sales process, and driving continuous improvement. Additionally, Ms. Goodman partners with her functional counterparts in IT, HR, Finance, and Operations to maintain alignment between sales and the rest of the business.

Ms. Goodman previously spent 18 years at Thermo Fisher Scientific, starting in product management and eventually assuming the position of Director of Commercial Excellence where she spent many years supporting and driving sales organizations to be high-performing teams. Her last two years were spent directing the implementation of Salesforce for 4,000 global users.

Ms. Goodman holds a BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina, Asheville where she graduated with honors.
