George L. Cooke is the current Chairman at Pace Credit Union. George has previously held various positions at the Ontario Energy Board from 1980 to 1987, The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company from 1992 to 2013, where they were also the President and CEO from 1992 to 2012, Insurance Bureau of Canada from 1992 to 2013, Hydro One from 2010 to 2018, and the Ontario Ministry of Finance from 2015 to 2016. George has been a board member for various companies over the years and has held the position of chairman for some of them.
George L. Cooke has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Political Studies from Queen's University.
