Charlene Lunney, CHRP, CHRL, PROSCI®, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Charlene has held various leadership roles in different organizations, including non-profit community service, IT consulting, mental health services, talent management consulting, industry associations, and government agencies.

In their most recent position as the Director, People & Culture (CHRO) at PACE Independent Living, they oversee support services for adults with physical disabilities and manages nine supportive housing sites in Toronto.

Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resource & Administration Lead at Util-Assist Inc., where they led the HR & Administration team in delivering administrative and human capital management services to support the company's rapid growth.

Charlene also served as the People & Culture Lead (Interim Management) at LOFT Community Services, where they implemented HR strategies to support the transition from LHIN to Ontario Health Teams.
