Laura Visser

Laura Visser is the current CEO at PACE Independent Living. Laura has been in this role since December 2016. Prior to their current role, Laura was an Engagement Facilitator at the Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre from October 2015 to December 2016. Laura was also the Lead for Integrated Family Centred Care for Children with Health Complexity at Provincial Council for Maternal & Child Health and the Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre from July 2012 to July 2015. Laura has also held the role of Lead, Strategic Sector Initiatives at The Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres and the Toronto Central CCAC from July 2015 to March 2016. Laura's other previous roles include Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Communications at Lakeridge Health from October 2009 to October 2011 and Senior Consultant at Blackstone Partners from September 2008 to October 2009. Laura's first director role was as the Director of Corporate Communications, Planning & Partnerships at Toronto East General Hospital from August 2005 to July 2008.

Laura Visser has a Master of Health Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph.
