Ken Beard

Ken Beard possesses extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as a Certified Lay Speaker at First United Methodist Church since August 2014. Beard has been with Pace Industries, LLC since June 2008, advancing from a production role to the position of Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Beard worked in outside sales at Eagle Distributing, managing beverage product sales from May 2006 to June 2008. Beard was also the owner of Fireball Service Co. from March 2000 to April 2006, providing real estate management services and participating as a member of the National Board of Realtors. Early career roles at NCR, Inc. and Walmart involved technical support for computer systems, while an initial stint at IBM focused on hardware and software upgrades. Beard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of New Orleans, earned between 1980 and 1990.
