Melissa Clayton

Melissa Clayton has an extensive background in occupational therapy and clinical leadership. Currently serving as the Clinical Lead for the Clinical Performance Team at naviHealth since April 2019, Melissa has also held the position of Clinical Review Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as an IPR & Acute Care Occupational Therapist at Garden City Hospital from February 2022 to May 2023, and as Co-Director of Rehabilitation and Senior Occupational Therapist at Encore Rehabilitation from June 2014 to April 2019. Melissa's earlier roles include occupational therapist positions at Trinity Health and HCR ManorCare. Melissa holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Central Michigan University.
