The Directorial and Senior Operations Team at PACE Southeast Michigan provides strategic leadership and oversight across various organizational functions. This team ensures high-quality care and compliance, manages finances, oversees transportation and clinical care management, and directs human resources and operational activities across multiple centers. They also support behavioral health and social services, intake and enrollment, organizational development and training, and lead innovation and integrated clinical services initiatives.
