Dom Cowderoy

Dom Cowderoy has over nine years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career at Aston Carter in 2014, where they worked in various roles including Recruiter, Support Consultant, Consultant, and Senior Consultant. From 2017 to 2021, Dom was a Senior Consultant at Aston Carter. In 2021, they joined Accenture as a Recruitment Specialist, specializing in technology recruitment for their Data & AI and Software Engineering practices. Currently, Dom is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PACE.

Dom Cowderoy attended Ashlawn School from 2004 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. Dom then went on to study Psychology at the University of Worcester from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
