Lesley (Derbidge) Murphy has extensive experience in change management and organizational consulting. Lesley is currently working as a Change Management Consultant at PACE since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Change Management Consultant at dentsu International as an Independent Consultant from May 2021 to August 2022.

Lesley has also served as the Head of Customer Experience at IUA Business Solutions from March 2020 to May 2021, and as an Organizational Consultant at the same company from June 2015 to March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Organizational Consultant at Ripple Consult from August 2010 to September 2019, where they partnered with businesses experiencing organizational transitions.

Lesley (Derbidge) Murphy has a diverse education history. In 1995, they started their undergraduate studies at Rhodes University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics & Journalism. Lesley completed their BA degree in 1997. Following their undergraduate studies, Lesley enrolled in Rhodes University again to obtain a Post Grad Enterprise Management degree, which they completed in 1998.

In 2002, Lesley attended the University of West London, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Corporate Communications. Their studies at the University of West London lasted until 2004.

Continuing their education, Lesley pursued a Certificate in Human Resource Management at the University of Cape Town in 2014.

In 2018, Lesley obtained the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis, a certification they received from IIBA. Lesley also enrolled in a short-term business analysis course at IIBA, which lasted for a year.

Most recently, Lesley obtained a Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG International in March 2023.

Overall, Lesley has a strong educational background with degrees and certifications in various fields, including Politics & Journalism, Corporate Communications, Enterprise Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management.
