Kristina Seth

Kristina Seth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and change management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Change Manager at Nexer Group and as a Project Manager and Change Management Specialist Consultant at Liseberg, Kristina is involved in implementing a new commercial platform for the tourism and hospitality industry. Prior to these roles, Kristina spent over 14 years at Kappahl, where responsibilities included strategic business development, change project management during digital transformation, and oversight of the project investment portfolio. Earlier career experience includes senior positions at Volvo Group and Philips, focusing on management consulting, business process innovation, and project management of SAP HR implementations. Kristina holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.
