Sarah Giffen-Hunter

Sarah Giffen-Hunter is an Assistive Technology Specialist at PACER Center, where responsibilities include providing consultations, presenting workshops, and coordinating a technology lending library to support students with disabilities and their families. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Management Specialist at the Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging, where contributions were made to the Minnesotahelp.info database, and as a Digital Library Assistant at the University of Iowa, focusing on document preparation and metadata creation. Other notable positions include a Reference Librarian Practicum at Kirkwood Community College and various roles at Scattergood Friends School, where academic advising and technology support were provided. Sarah Giffen-Hunter holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Earlham College.
