Earl Hallman III serves as Vice President of Art Direction at Pacer ETFs since June 2015, focusing on brand development across various communication channels, including the creative direction for the "Flat Dynamic" identity. With extensive experience at Pacer Financial since January 2006, Earl has led the creation and development of multiple brands and established core standards for the art department. Previous roles include Operations Manager at The Kitty Knight House, where responsibilities included corporate identity development and technology management, and Lead Graphic Designer at Winbak Farm, overseeing advertising and standardization of corporate identity. Earl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, attained between 2004 and 2007.
