Kristi Smoot

Kristi Smoot has a diverse work experience in the insurance claims industry. Kristi started their career as an independent claims adjuster, appraiser, and umpire in 1998, where they handled various types of claims for multiple insurance carriers. In 2012, they joined ONE CALL CLAIMS LLC as the Vice President of Account Management and later became the President/Founder of the company in 2020. Kristi provided nationwide full-service insurance claims and related services during their time there. In 2023, they joined Pacesetter Claims Service, Inc as the Senior Vice President of Sales/Marketing.
