Harley Alexander

Harley Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Harley is currently working at Pachama as a Staff Software Engineer, Team Lead, and was previously a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at City of Melbourne as the Design System Lead and CityDNA Architecture, where they bridged the gap between design and development and created a coherent design system for smart city apps. Before that, they were the Technical Director at Mayte, where they conducted R&D work in chatbots, voice assistants, and AI, while also overseeing business development and design and code work. Harley also worked as a Design & Code Instructor at General Assembly, a Lead Digital Designer/Lead Web Developer at Marketing Partners, an Epic Wordsmith at Incsub, and a WordPress Guru & Web Designer at SitePoint. Additionally, they have freelance experience as a Designer & Developer at Baffle! Inc. and contributed as an Author at Envato.

Harley Alexander attended General Assembly in 2015, focusing on User Experience Design. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2010, Harley attended International Grammar School, where they obtained their HSC degree with a field of study in Art/Art Studies, General.
