Maxim Litvak

Maxim Litvak is a Partner at Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones, where expertise lies in bankruptcy and insolvency matters for companies and creditor constituencies since April 2001. Prior to this role, Maxim served as an Associate at Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard, McPherson & Hand from April 1998 to January 2001. Maxim holds a law degree from Duke University School of Law, obtained between 1995 and 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, earned from 1991 to 1994.
