Charles Martin

Charles Martin has worked in the agricultural industry for over 13 years. In 2020, they began working as the VP of Business Analytics for Pacific Ag, North America’s largest crop residue harvest and supply company. Charles is also the Co-Owner of B & C Sheep. From 2017-2020, they were the Planning and Stewardship Lead at Hilleshög Seed LLC, where they planned crop production, designed and implemented the Quality Management System, and supported field activities. From 2011-2017, they worked at Syngenta as the Manager of Site Operations and Plant Specialist II. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Oregon State University from 2009-2011 and a Biological Science Aide at USDA-ARS from 2007-2009.

Charles Martin obtained their Master of Agriculture in Agricultural and Resource Economics from Oregon State University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business Management from Oregon State University at EOU between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the American Biogas Council, LinkedIn, and other institutions, including Operator School (December 2021), Learning Microsoft Flow 2017 (March 2018), and SharePoint Online Essential Training (March 2018).
