Kristen Slye

Kristen Slye is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 17 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving in Human Resources at PacBio since October 2023, Kristen previously held the position of Sr Director, Human Resources - Americas Regional Lead at Dexcom from July 2018 to June 2023. Prior to that, roles included Sr Manager, HR Business Partner at Northrop Grumman Corporation and multiple HR positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including HR Business Partner and Sr HR Generalist. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Human Resources Management Certificate from San Diego State University.
