Shawna Owen

Shawna Owen is an experienced professional in commercial support and customer care, currently serving as Associate Director of Global Commercial Support at PacBio since November 2022, after progressing from Sr. Manager in the same department. Prior experience at Illumina from December 2010 to November 2022 included roles such as Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Care, where Shawna was instrumental in developing a unique reporting framework in Tableau, managing cross-functional teams, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading global SAP implementation projects. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Diego State University and multiple degrees from San Diego Miramar College, along with a high school diploma from Mira Mesa High School.
