Associate Vice President, Strategy And Analytics at Pacific Blue Cross

Brooke Moss has a diverse range of work experience primarily in the insurance industry. Brooke started their career in 2003 at BCAA, where they held various roles in marketing and product development. In 2012, they became the Director of Member Experience & Sales, leading a team responsible for member service and sales strategy. Brooke later transitioned to focus on insurance product marketing, serving as the Director of Product Development and then as the Director of Product & Retention Marketing. In 2017, they took on the position of Director of Member Engagement, where they were responsible for product development and customer insights. In 2018, they joined Pacific Blue Cross as the Associate Vice President, Work & Wellness, leading the transformation for their work and wellness initiatives. In 2023, Brooke was appointed as the Associate Vice President, Strategy and Analytics, where they continue to contribute to the strategic development of the organization.

Brooke Moss earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management and Marketing from The University of British Columbia from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at the same university from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Brooke has obtained several certifications, including the Forrester Leading With Customer Obsession certification, the Digital Transformation Leadership certification from Digital Innovation and Leadership (DIAL), and the D&I Influencer Certificate of Completion from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).
