Charley Zhang

Charley Zhang, RPh, is an experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the Manager of Pharmacy Services at Pacific Blue Cross since February 2022. As a Professional Member of the Drug Benefit Council to the BC Ministry of Health since February 2019, Charley provides evidence-informed recommendations regarding drug listings for the PharmaCare program. Previous roles include Pharmacy Manager at Ridgeway Pharmacy and Pharmasave Drugs (National) Ltd., as well as experience as a Pharmacist and Project Management Officer at CRC Drugs LTD. Early career highlights include various student pharmacist positions and an internship at Costco Wholesale. Charley holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology from the University of Victoria.
