Farzana Adatiya

Farzana Adatiya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Farzana began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in 2004. Farzana then moved on to WellPoint, where they held various roles including VP of Strategy, Planning & Execution, VP of Senior & Transformation, and Managing Director of Business Support & Planning. In 2013, they joined BDC Advisors, LLC as a Principal/Senior Advisor. In 2016, they joined Pacific Blue Cross as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Implementation. Most recently, they are employed at Optum as the VP of Growth Planning & Chief of Staff since 2018.

Farzana Adatiya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Psychology from McGill University, which they attained from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Southern California from 2000 to 2002.
