William Hastings

William Hastings has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. William started their career as a Shift Supervisor at Bright Wood in Madras, Oregon, where they specialized in 6/4 Ponderosa Pine Scanning and Optimizing. William then moved on to RUF Development as a Project Manager before venturing into entrepreneurship as the Owner/Operator of Broken Paddle Investments / Bent Oar Homes LLC. William later joined Brightwood Corporation as a Materials/Scheduling Manager, where they played a key role in driving production improvements and managing inventory. Currently, they are working at Pacific Building Systems, where they have held positions such as Project Coordinator, Project Sales Manager, and Vice President of Buildings. In their current role, William coordinates pre-construction activities for pre-fabricated metal buildings and collaborates with clients throughout the process from approval to delivery. Overall, William brings a wealth of experience in project management, operations, and leadership to their professional endeavors.

From 1991 to 1995, William Hastings attended Madras Senior High School and obtained their high school diploma with a focus on general studies.
