Raina Hembry

Raina Hembry is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter currently leading in-house recruiting efforts at Pacific Channel Transportation since May 2023, covering eight locations in the Pacific Northwest. With extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting across various industries, Raina previously served as a Senior Client Talent Partner at Urgenci, where strategic partnerships with hiring managers and account executives facilitated effective talent acquisition. Prior roles include Technical Recruiter at Actalent, where expertise in sourcing and screening candidates within the Construction Management and Engineering sectors was developed, as well as positions at Portland State University and Nike. Raina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
