Dan Romine

Dan Romine has a strong background in technology and operations management, with experience in various leadership positions. Dan most recently served as the Head of Cyber & Technology Operations & Strategy at Pacific Coast Building Products, where they led the IT Operations organization and implemented strategic technology initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as the Head of Technology Operations & Strategy - Client Engagement, overseeing technology strategy and program management for global corporate finance and HR groups. Dan also has experience as the COO & EVP at Newsura Insurance Services, where they successfully improved operations and increased revenue. Dan served as the VP of Software Operations & GM at Unify Corporation, where they drove sales growth and streamlined processes. Dan founded Acuitrek Inc. and served as the CEO, leading the organization through start-up funding and product launch. Dan also worked at Intel Corporation as the Director of IT M&A Business Operations, where they managed IT mergers and acquisitions and contributed to technology strategy and value creation.

Dan Romine has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Washington State University. Dan also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from California State University-Sacramento.
