Scott Smith has over three decades of experience in the sales and management field. Scott started their career as the Vice President at American Title Company in 1998. In 2005, they joined United Title Company as an Assistant Vice President, and in 2008, they became the Vice President / Major Accounts at Pacific Coast Title Company. Scott remained in this role for several years, coaching real estate agents on setting up "Closing Teams" to increase their productivity.

Scott Smith attended Long Beach City College, studying architecture.
