Alex King

Alex King is the Founder of Archetype Legal, a law firm established in April 2018, which emphasizes transparency, philanthropy, and sophistication in legal practice. In addition, Alex has been a Business Advisor for Pacific Community Ventures since 2012, focusing on the growth of small businesses in lower-income communities. Previous experience includes serving as a Small Business & Startup Attorney at Bend Law Group, PC from 2014 to 2018, and as Head of Operations & General Counsel at BUTCHERSHOP™ from 2012 to 2014. Alex also held positions such as Director of Business & Project Development and Business Analyst at Butchershop Creative and completed internships at The Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County and the United States District Court. Alex's academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Taxation and a JD/MBA in Business and Environmental from Golden Gate University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Adventist University.
