Emmanuela Bowman, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Pacific Community Ventures since May 2023, where pro-bono HR advisory services are offered to small businesses. Prior to this role, Emmanuela spent nearly a decade at CME Group, concluding a successful tenure as SVP of People Experience & Organizational Effectiveness, leading various HR initiatives including Talent Management, DEI, and employee engagement. Emmanuela's career at CME Group involved progressive roles from AVP to Sr HR Business Partner, where strategic partnerships with C-level executives were cultivated, especially during M&A activities. Earlier experience includes roles at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, ALM, Aerotek Commercial Staffing, M-Logic, and Macy's, which contributed to a well-rounded background in HR practices and recruiting. Emmanuela holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women's Studies from Duke University and has completed a study abroad program in Psychology at The American University in Cairo.
