Director Of Project Development at Pacific Construction Group

Christian Spence has a diverse work experience in the construction and real estate industries. Christian started their career as a Real Estate Intern and later became a Brand Development Manager at Beachview Realty in 2017. In 2018, they joined Pacific Construction Group as a Project Engineer and later took on roles as an Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager and worked on new software implementation. In 2021, Christian joined CapRock Partners as an Assistant Project Manager and successfully completed a large-scale master planned development project. Since 2023, they have been serving as the Director of Project Development at Pacific Construction Group.

Christian Spence attended Point Loma Nazarene University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Entrepreneurship. In addition to their formal education, Christian Spence has obtained certifications in Project Management from Procore Technologies in March 2019. Christian is certified in Procore's Construction Financials, Core Tools, and Project Management.
