Ina Thigith is a Senior Production Associate at the Pacific Council on International Policy where her primary roles include managing sustaining and general member billing, leading operations projects, and supporting organizational development efforts. Ina also serves as co-leader of the Junior Fellows Program.
Prior to serving as a Senior Production Associate at the Pacific Council, Ina interned in the Department of Economic Affairs for the U.S. Embassy in London, where she developed projects alongside Haver Analytics and cultivated her passion for international diplomacy. Upon her return to the United States she interned as a representative for the Asia Society of Southern California and served on congressional campaigns through Prosper Rose LLC, a political consulting firm that pushes for diversity, equity, and inclusion in politics.
Ina received her Bachelor’s in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations, from the University of California, Los Angeles. During her studies she focused on the relationship between the U.S. and East Asia and spent time living both in Hong Kong, where she studied business at The University of Hong Kong, and in Tokyo, where she lived as an English teacher. Currently, Ina is pursuing a Master's Certificate in Social Justice at the University of Southern California. Ina enjoys the beach, supporting small businesses, playing Animal Crossing, and baking.
