Kevin Franco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin began their career as a Police Officer at the Tustin Police Department in 1999 and worked there until 2001. Kevin then transitioned into the construction industry, owning and managing a pipe fitting construction company called Wilson Plumbing / Pipe Fitting from 2001 to 2003. In this role, they specialized in new construction and retrofitting of various types of piping for the bottling industry.

Afterwards, Kevin joined General Mills - Yoplait as an Operations Team Leader from 2011 to 2012. Here, they managed high-speed production lines, maintenance professionals, and operators while ensuring production goals were met and protecting the company's interests.

Kevin then worked as a Teacher at Bellflower Unified School District from 2003 to 2014. In this position, they developed and ran a comprehensive instructional program for grades 7 through 11, incorporating all core subjects and utilizing a cross-cultural lesson structure. Kevin gained experience in independent leadership, adaptability, and maintaining a disciplined yet engaging learning environment.

From 2014 to 2017, Kevin served as an Assistant Operations Manager in the Marine Department at Ports America. Kevin then moved to TraPac in 2017, where they worked as a Terminal Operations Manager in the Rail Department until 2021. In both roles, they were responsible for overseeing terminal operations and managing teams to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Most recently, Kevin joined Pacific Crane Maintenance Company, LP in 2021 as the Director of Terminal Operations. As the director, they continue to utilize their expertise in overseeing terminal operations and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.

Kevin Franco received their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Sonoma State University in 1998. Kevin later pursued a Master's degree in Instruction and Curriculum Development from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2008.
