James Ross has a diverse work experience in the defense industry. James is currently employed as the Director of Army Programs at Pacific Defense since June 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Raytheon Technologies, including Director and Senior Manager, where they were responsible for program execution, business development, and maintaining customer relationships. Before joining Raytheon Technologies, James worked at the US Army PEO C3T as a Project Manager Tactical Radios, overseeing the management of Army Tactical Radio Systems. James also served as the Military Deputy (MILDEP) at the Armaments Research and Development Center (ARDEC), providing guidance and direction for armament weapon systems and ammunition R&D. James began their career in the US Army, where they served as the PM Prophet and Operations Officer, responsible for the management and deployment of military intelligence systems and coordination with deployed units. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and budget management skills.
James Ross attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. In 1998, they joined the Naval Postgraduate School and completed their studies in 1999, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Acquisition and Procurement.
