Steve Stetka has a solid background in software engineering, with experience in various roles at different companies. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Manager II Software Engineering at Raytheon, where they were responsible for hiring and managing a team of engineers. Steve also contributed to software estimation efforts and planning for multi-million-dollar contracts. Prior to their managerial position, Steve worked as a Software Engineer at Raytheon from 2003 to 2018, where they specialized in designing and implementing Command and Control architectures and embedded real-time software development. Steve Stetka earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo, where they attended from 1996 to 2002. During the same period, they also earned another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Steve obtained C# Essential Training: 1 Syntax and Object Oriented Programming from LinkedIn in February 2020 and became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance in April 2015.
