Jennifer Fletcher

Jennifer Fletcher has over 16 years of experience in strategic planning and project management, primarily at Pacific Dental Services since 2007. As a Senior Leader in Corporate Planning, Jennifer oversees the Strategic Planning Process and manages key business strategy documents, including the Core Business Strategy and long-term financial plans. Previous roles at Pacific Dental Services include Sr. Manager of Strategic Planning & ePMO, where Jennifer facilitated alignment between strategic outcomes and project management, and Manager of ePMO, during which Jennifer established the ePMO's structure and processes. Earlier experience includes project management at Trinet Internet Solutions and serving as a Criminal Intelligence Specialist II at the California Department of Justice. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in law from UCLA.
