Kenneth Starkey

Kenneth Starkey is an experienced IT professional specializing in Health Information Management. Currently serving as the Lead Analyst for the IT Enterprise Applications - HIM Team at PDS Health since February 2022, Kenneth previously held various roles at UMass Memorial Health from March 2013 to February 2022, including Applications/Systems Analyst II and Supervisor of Document Management within the HIM department. In that capacity, Kenneth supervised a team of 32 FTEs and collaborated with hospital departments to enhance the usage of scanned clinical records within the Epic EMR. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Sociology from Worcester State University and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Quinsigamond Community College.
