Kouros Izadi

Dr. Kouros Izadi has been practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery since 2003. He graduated from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and received his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He is a multi-practice owner dentist in California and a member of the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
