Kristin Moll

Kristin Moll has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Kristin is currently the Director of Talent Development at Pacific Dental Services, responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of talent development cycle execution. In their previous role as Manager of Talent Development, they planned, designed, and developed regional talent projects, improving operational excellence and directly supervising training professionals. Prior to that, Kristin was a Regional Manager, responsible for assessing, hiring, onboarding, and developing Operations Managers and supporting Dentists. Kristin also managed office results and oversaw De Novo's plans for the region. Before joining Pacific Dental Services, Kristin worked at ServiceMaster Clean as an Area Manager, handling janitorial services for 65 commercial locations. At LA Fitness, they served as a Member Service Manager. Overall, Kristin Moll has demonstrated expertise in talent development, operations management, and leadership.

Kristin Moll holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Marketing from Western Oregon University, which they completed from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Northwood University-Florida from 2005 to 2006, pursuing a Bachelor's in Science in Entertainment & Sport Management but did not complete the degree. Kristin Moll also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business from Clark College, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Recently, in 2022, they enrolled in Coach Training World and is currently pursuing a Whole Person Certified Coach® degree. Additionally, in the same year, they earned certifications as a Whole Person Certified Coach® and a Certified Professional Coach from Coach Training World.
