Shari has held various roles such as Back Office Supervisor and Senior Manager Back Office Compliance, providing coaching and training to dental teams on processes, procedures, budget management, patient flow, and compliance. Shari currently serves as a Development and Compliance Manager and Trainer, as well as a Back Office Compliance Manager and Compliance and Purchasing Manager, continuing to support dental offices in maintaining efficiency and harmony in their daily operations.
