Edward C. la Cava

Edward C. La Cava, MD, FACE is a prominent figure in the field of endocrinology and diabetes management, currently serving as the Chair and Executive Board member of Pacific Diabetes Technologies Inc. since June 2021. With extensive experience as an advisor and consultant across multiple organizations, including Coleman Research and Guidepoint, Edward plays a significant role in healthcare technology and specialty consultations. Edward is also the Chief Medical Officer at Tiercel Security Solutions, Inc. and Aegis, and serves as the Medical Director for Amigos de las Americas, overseeing medical supervision for volunteer programs. Edward holds an MD with a focus on Endocrinology and Metabolism from the University of Washington/Veterans Administration Medical Center and is a Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology. Education includes a BA in Zoology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a residency in Internal Medicine from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.
