James Byers

James Byers is the Principal & Co-Founder of Pacific Edge Projects, a Construction & Project Management Consultancy based in Los Angeles. Prior to this role, James held various titles at Gardiner & Theobald Inc., including Director, Associate Director, and Senior Project Management Consultant. With a strong background in project management, James has led various high-profile projects such as the renovation of Chateau Marmont Hotel and the construction of LA CLIPPERS Members Lounge. James has a Master's degree in Surveying (Construction) from the University of Reading College of Estate Management and has significant experience in the construction industry.
