Michael Schier

Michael Schier is a seasoned mechanical systems engineer currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer at Pacific Fusion since June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Vehicle Engineer at Arc, where notable contributions involved designing a retractable watersports tower and collaborating on premium mechanical touchpoints for Arc boats. Michael's background also features significant tenure at SpaceX, where responsibilities ranged from designing components for Starlink terminals to managing production line construction.
