PACIFIC INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. is a Japan-based manufacturer involved in three business segments. The Pressed and Resin Product segment manufactures and sells pressed and resin products for automobiles, as well as pressed molds and resin molds. The Valve Product segment manufactures and sells tire valves, valve core products, and various valves for air conditioning, tire-pressure monitoring systems (TPMSs), compressor-related products and electronic products. The Others segment is engaged in the operation of golf courses, the development, purchase and sale of software, the computer information processing and the non-life insurance agency businesses, among others. The Company offers its products in overseas markets in Taiwan, South Korea, the United States, Thailand and Mainland China. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 15 subsidiaries and one affiliated company.
