Bob Stout is a Senior Scientist at the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, where Bob has served since 1999, holding the position of Center Director for the Decision Sciences Institute in Rhode Island. Additionally, Bob Stout is an Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown University, a role maintained since 1976, and also functions as the Associate Director of Training for the Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies. Bob Stout earned a Ph.D. in Mathematical Psychology from the University of Michigan from 1967 to 1974.
