Roland Moore has a diverse work experience, starting with the Prevention Research Center, where they worked as a Senior Research Scientist. Roland then moved on to the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation in 1992, where they held the positions of Center Director and Senior Research Scientist. In 2005, they joined H-Net: Humanities and Social Sciences Online as an Editor for H-SAE. Additionally, Roland Moore worked as a Lecturer at San Francisco State University from 1997 to 2011.
Roland Moore's education history begins in 1980 when they enrolled at Pomona College. Roland completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology in 1984. Subsequently, from 1985 to 1992, they pursued further studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Anthropology.
