Kathy Chandra

Kathy Chandra currently serves as the Manager of Talent Management and Organisation Development at Pacific International Lines (PTE) Ltd since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kathy was the Talent Development Manager at Swire Shipping, where key projects included conducting learning needs assessments and designing leadership development programs. Kathy has extensive experience in talent management, having worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Skyworks Solutions, and as a Human Resource Executive at L'Oréal, where significant contributions included managing the Learning Management System and organizing training sessions. Earlier roles include HR Business Partnering at PwC Singapore and team leadership at ScienTec Personnel, specializing in the biomedical sciences recruitment sector. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute. Currently, Kathy is pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Singapore University of Social Sciences.
