Lindsey Gray

Lindsey Gray joined Pacific Lake in 2022 as a Partner and leads the internal operations of the firm and works alongside the Partners and investment team on key strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Pacific Lake, Lindsey was a Partner at Two Sigma Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund. During her 5 years at TSV, Lindsey led the firm’s portfolio support strategy and team and worked closely with portfolio company CEOs to support their growth. Lindsey also ran the day-to-day operations of Two Sigma Ventures and was part of the Investment Committee.

Lindsey received a BA from Connecticut College with a double major in International Relations and Japanese and obtained an MBA from Harvard Business School. Lindsey recently returned to the Boston area with her husband and three daughters after spending 12 years in Manhattan.
