Liza Cherney

Liza Cherney is the Vice President of Talent at Pacific Lake Partners where she advises entrepreneurs on talent acquisition, organizational planning, training, and development. Prior to joining Pacific Lake, Liza was a member of Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Marketing Officer practices where she drove the executive search process in all capacities including market insight and talent assessment. She started her career in Change Management consulting at Hitachi Consulting where she developed and implemented communication strategies, role delineation, process development, and knowledge transfer work.

Liza received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Science from the University of Southern California, where she was a member of the Sigma Phi Omega Honor Society. Liza earned her MBA from Boston College with a specialization in Leadership & Management and was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship.
