Roland Lessard

Roland Lessard is a highly experienced business leader and entrepreneur with a strong background in management and operational expertise across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Greenwich Point Capital since November 2015, Roland also holds positions as Board Member at Waverock Software, Member of the Board of Directors at ConnectiKids Inc., and Operating Partner at Pacific Lake Partners. Roland previously held the role of Co-CEO at Morningside, where significant growth was achieved in revenue and EBITDA. Additional experience includes key roles at Sterling, where accountability included global product strategy and mergers and acquisitions, and earlier positions at ADVO and Saint-Gobain Glass, focused on process improvement and operational management. Roland holds a Master of Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Western New England University.
