Anne Siva is an experienced human resources leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as VP, People Lead at Pacific Life Re since September 2023, Anne has held various senior HR roles, including Interim Director of Human Resources at Change Management Group and Head of HR for EMEA and APAC at GAIN Capital. With a significant track record in HR consulting for clients such as Hannover Re and Russell Investments, Anne has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, business transformation, and strategic HR initiatives. Anne's previous positions include HR Business Partner roles at Aon and Detica, contributing to HR support for large employee groups across various regions. Anne holds a Graduate CIPD in Human Resources.
