Jen Taylor-Hill

Jen Taylor-Hill is a highly experienced professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as a Senior Claims Consultant at Pacific Life Re since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading audits, developing company philosophy, and providing client training. Jen has been a Claims Assessor at Health Claims Forum since February 2018 and previously held the position of Senior Claims Assessor at Atos from August 2017 to March 2020. Jen also has a long tenure at Aegon from June 2008 to July 2017, where duties involved assessing Life, Disability, and Critical Illness claims. Jen’s foundational experience includes a role in customer services as part of a management scheme. Educational credentials include the ACII and Chartered Insurer designations from the Chartered Insurance Institute, as well as A Levels from Cardinal Newman College. Notably, Jen participated in the New Generation Scheme for future leaders in insurance during 2014-2015.
